The Milestone Experience

I’m intentional about creating a calm, guided experience from the moment you inquire to the day your images are delivered. If questions come up at any point—before, during, or after your session—I’m always happy to help.

THE BOOKING PROCESS

There are two great ways to plan your baby’s cake smash session, either during their birthday month to capture them exactly as they are in that moment, or 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure your gallery is delivered in time for their celebration.

Once you select your package, you’ll receive a contract to review and sign electronically. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your session date, with the remaining balance due on the day of your session. Packages start at $590. Once you are officially booked, I’ll send you a prep guide so you feel completely ready and excited.

YOUR SESSION

Each milestone session is custom-built and thoughtfully designed to feel cohesive, elevated, and aesthetically pleasing. I carefully curate every detail from luxury balloon installations to high-end props so your session feels truly one of a kind and beautifully styled for your child.

Sessions typically last 45–90 minutes, depending on the number of outfit changes and props we incorporate. This flexible timeframe allows us to move at a comfortable pace while capturing a variety of looks and moments without feeling rushed.

We begin with a “before smash” portrait portion, followed by the cake-smashing segment, which usually lasts about 20 minutes, depending on your baby. If your little one transitions easily into a bubble bath, we’ll finish the session with this sweet, playful moment for the perfect ending.

IMAGE DELIVERY

Your proofing gallery will be ready within 5 days of your session date. You’ll receive an email with your gallery link and step-by-step instructions for selecting your final images. Your completed gallery will be delivered 2-3 weeks after your selections are submitted.
